I moved to Muscatine in 5th grade, and my family still lives there. I'm not sure if I've ever been to Joy, IL.
So you speak Spanish as well? Where did you learn? I lived in Argentina for a couple of years after high school, pero ahí aprendí el castellano. No se dice "español" en la Argentina.
Love the painterly/sketchy style of of your work. How do you go about getting the sketchy lines? Do you use a certain brush or pencil, or is it digital?

I love the textures! Are those done within Illustrator? excellent
de verdad parece un queso....me gusto
I love this! It could so easily be a charming poster in someone's kitchen. Excellent job!
I think it's perfect. The moon has a very cute face - that's more important than texture for me ;-)
I like this a lot. For what its worth I feel your moving in the right direction.
Adorable! I really like this a lot. :)
I think this is wonderful! I love the sketchy-ness of the lettering...and the moon is adorable :)
I think your "luna llena" looks "deliciosa"!!!!

Adorableness all around! Would be sweet in a baby's room.
Nice job on the textures.
good stuff! textures are a great way to add a lil' spice to any illustration.
I think she's just lovely!
